Forgot to add it is a good hedge against interest rates .. Anybody disagree ? Everybody keeps telling me interest rates won't raise. I'm like please man don't be so ignorant, we will have a reversion to the mean eventually. Been happening for centuries. This time is different ? Doubt it.
