its up to the high court to intervene in this. if the land is freehold then no one has the right to enter withgout permission especially if a sign is on the front gate declaring that no person or body has an imputed right to enter.
this is a much more serious proposition than most think - this is about private ownership and property rights and in the end sovereignty
