I would have thought that Lenigas had done everything required of himself and more .
It was he who applied for and got the 20,000 tonne bulk sampling.
He instigated the refurbishment of Radio Hill.
He may have secured tenements that Hennigh was after but as best as I'm aware he hasn't defaulted on his commitment to the JV.
