I think you guys are chasing shadows. Environment and Heritage think CRB are great. CRB has done a lot on the old lease to preserve the crumbling heritage of the old Mount Morgan companies. They are one of the few small Aussie miners that take heritage seriously IMHO. And on the environment front CRB operations will improve the state of the DEE river by decreasing acid mine drainage, and eventually empty and detox the open pit.
This is a rare win-win scenario where government interests align with community, company and shareholder interests. Relax .... it going to be ok.
