it's pretty standard for companies at AGM to pass a motion to have the ability to raise capital.
a lot of AGM's happening at present and another company I follow had theirs today and had same 10% CR motion. its SOP for AGM's if you want my opinion.
With DFS imminent, and Capital Structuring (finance) probably finalised, I would expect that clause either won't be utilised or amended come FID.
