Sourcing won't be an issue, the supply and underlying demand is there.
These pre-revenue refining facilities are hard to get off the ground if you are not a multinational.
It is why QPM is a very ambitious project.
We will see shortly if this project was a wise personal investment or just a hype ESG stock.......
