AVB investors please read those words closely. IMO a lot more good news waiting in the wings than what some on here will allow themselves to believe. And they can't flag to the market or us what is happening in these discussions for any number of reasons starting with commercial in confidence.
When the news starts to flow this year, IMO you'll be glad they took the time to get everything right and therefore released it in 2015 and not in 2014 when the commodities market was a basket case. Timing applies to a lot of things in the market, not just when Mum and Dad shareholders buy and sell. Thankfully, the Board keep the emotion out of it and operate with what is in front of them on the day as well as planning and shaping the longer term strategy.

Since you are on the record as vouching for him and given his record of looking after shareholder value over there, think he'd be ideal. No, on second thoughts...! (Just kidding mate).
