Awoonga, give it a rest mate. Every day, negative post after negative post about this company. Gee, for your own health mate, waking up everyday looking for reasons to tip a load of crap over the company and the Board, claiming you know better how the company should be run and how they should do it better, virtually questioning the integrity of the Board and their decision making. I see the mods have almost had enough too.
Did you find anything positive in the quarterly or are the blinkers so tight around all the company is doing wrong, you can no longer see clearly what they are doing right? We get it. You don't believe anything the Directors say or think you deserve more. You sledge the Directors, make ridiculous accusations about people they've hired ie suggesting the reason finance isn't signed and delivered yet could be that George Rogers is "milking it." Nothing to do with the due diligence required by banks and credit committees post GFC, no, according to you, more likely that George Rogers is "milking it" for more fees. Fair dinkum, maybe you should put that accusation to the Board and George Rogers himself.
Maybe take a look at Kalenn's post just prior to the quarterly being released this morning. For convenience, I've posted the contents below.

February Environmental licence filed.
March PAE filed. (Effectively the feasibility study for the DNPM to rule on)

July Directors resign from third party companies to focus exclusively on AVB?
July 21st Board re-organised, Garrison contract curtailed and new offices obtained.
September 9th Mining licence granted
September 17th Maiden Reserves published.
September 20th ex-Chairman resigns from board and new Chairman selected.
October Stage 1 update including equipment purchases and due diligence by syndicating banks.
October 23rd regional Exploration commences again. $25 million in bank.
November first cores out ? Finance ?
December first assays back, finance? Construction commences?
Come on AC, even you would have to say this is a pretty good performance from AVB for a year with two big financial scares and half the small caps going to the wall almost.
I think the AVB board will have well and truly earned their Xmas drinks this year!
