I will be excersing my democratic rights and filling the proxy form this year.
I intend to vote, "AGAINST", all resolutions.
I will be hanging on to the proxy form until Monday afternoon, just in case we hear something from the company, between now and Monday, which could change my voting intention.
Proxy forms to be sent, "not less than 48 hours prior to commencement of the Meeting."
