I've never done one of the webinars but I do hear them coming up from time to time. I just normally tune in every Monday to the podcast. I think the time is the issue- not your plans which sound good, so best to take everything in before pressing go on a rushed project.
One thing I've always respected from Trent is he is the first to say he has very little idea of property outside Perth and the larger regional markets of WA and anyone spruiking advice from either side of the country cant possibly be over all these markets - they are just too big and too varied so best to specialise in one area. That is why when I hear adverts for "property masterclass" crap with "experts" from the East telling you how to maximise your returns for just the price of a $100 ticket my eyes roll!!
