That is why SGH want to acquire Quindell. If they do, they will have to pay fair value.

This could be a win-win for both parties. If you are really a shareholder in SGH, I'm not sure why you would be so negative on Quindell, their technology, their contracts and their caseload?

Makes you wonder wo you really are and what your motives might be. You are not genuine and not to be trusted imo.
