Not fascism, but a strong leader who can rally the masses. If it happens at all, it will probably happen in Europe. Another Harald Lufa, Robert the Bruce or Arminius is what's needed to instill pride back. into the people and sweep the invaders out. Unfortunately such a person does not currently exist.
