11 Aug 2015 — The investigation into Walter Palmer is ongoing and will take us wherever the facts lead. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is very concerned about the plight of the African lion due to habitat loss, loss of prey base, and increasing conflict with humans and accordingly has proposed to list it under the Endangered Species Act. We expect to produce a final ruling by the end of 2015 or the beginning of 2016.
