The total Shares On Issue (SOI) is circa 164,500,000.

It appears you are counting every one of the 180m traded as a purchase by a new holder that has remained a holder. This is mathematically not possible to have such an overhang. i.e. an overhang larger than the SOI.

Please go and research what percentage of the company is held by those with 100,000 plus shares (Lambos).
Then take 5% of what is left and maybe consider that closer to the mark.
i.e. I suggest to you the shares "technically stuck" would not be very big at all.

There are many of us well into the green.
...and we are mostly rooting for those who are supportive of RAC, but current in the red to make it to green and beyond.

So to your overhang claims? Mythbusted!

On another note...
I suspect many will consider selling to convert the loyalty options early to get the program going.
Especially if they are struggling for funds.
Did we see that at lunch time today?
e.g. Maybe 50,000 shares sold bring price down for a hour or so before rising once again.
