Hi mate how does royalties play out if we do get bought out ??
Let's say joe has 100,000 shares and the buyout is $15 with 10 year royalties
So he will receive $1.5 mill because he has 100,000 shares
And if the royalties are payed out at $.20c a share he receives $20,000 is that yearly or quarterly ??
Also what if we do have 10 years royalties
But the company that buys us still has 5 years of testing before receiving profit?
Would the royalties start when they start making money or right away. ?
