BF buys us
we all get X amount based on board and majority of shareholders accepting the offer (hopefully we get more than one buyer this will drive the price higher ignoring the 50-100% share price at the time)
As part of the offer they will add a royalty
On sale all existing shareholders will be paid 5-10% of future sales of bisantrene for 7-21 years
It will be similar to receiving dividends payed twice a year
Very valuable and a substitute for paying less $ initially for a blockbuster drug upfront
Wombat was always including royalties as a very possible outcome
Not sure what @Davisites hypothetical thoughts are on royalties but it will be in the interest of all shareholders to include it
