IMO if the raise had been at 70 cents to flippers, the SP today would be about where it currently is.
I agree that the spike to about $1.17 (which unintentionally made a quick buck for some traders, including some traders posting here) wouldn't have happened.
Let's see what value the new holders add. It certainly isn't oncology qualifications.
