I suggest all migrants to Australia have an IQ test. Anyone below 90 ( the lower limit of average IQ) is excluded.
Below 85 IQ it is very hard to hold a job in a modern economy.
IQ goes directly to you ability to integrate, contribute, and not be a burdwn on your host nation. It is independent of skin colour.
