Whenever a stock attracts the attention of a BP (Big Predator), then weird thing starts to happen. Right now, without a doubt, the BP is in control. Whether you shareholders vote of NO can amount to anything, it will be most interesting to observe. Fun and games here and definitely lesson to be learned from this David v. Goliath epic
