In the case of construction it's already slowed considerably and not much in the pipeline, tradies will have no choice to drop their ridiculous prices other wise will have no work and this is already happening. Plenty of materials supply and finishing products all being discounted. The main issue was gouging by trades who are mostly morons that don't deserve a quarter of what they get.
