So if we wait for AWE to make a decision and they commit we could raise for a higher price ? Well that sounds good.

If we wait for AWE to make a decision and they don't commit, then we're left spinning our wheels on 2 holdings (La Bella and WA) but at least we know where we stand before we commit funds to another project.
