I met you in person and you did not strike me as the type of individual that would lie and cheat, perhaps slightly unrealistic in your ambitions - but isn't that an entrepreneurial characteristic.
As this is your first true IPO venture mistakes are to be expected, however the poor communication is unforgivable.
Perhaps you are fighting to recapitalize MIG to give "cigar butt" approach - as Warren Buffett would put it.
I think you need to accept that fact you are a technologist not a investment\financier guru.
Go back to what you do best, tech.
