we've seen a lot of misses by management of other companies with one of the best examples being Lynas.
dont think getting finance will be a big issue/delay, especially considering that 2 conditions for $12m have been satisfied &, logically, other than AVB, BR will be pushing it hard to get things running faster.
not concerned about capping, dont think BR/Appian are guilty, maybe, but probably smaller daily brokers earning their $$.
