Hello. I have been following GOZ for a while now and am struggling to understand some of the reasons for recent share price declines.
Yes Office REITS and the wider REITs are getting hit hard but reporting was not all that bad?
Gearing and current ratios aren't great admittidely at ~37% & 0.51
Does anyone have the view that asset sales are required to move the companys debt position into a more acceptable place?
I welcome any views/perspectives
