Fully understand why many would not have subscribed to the offer, especially long term holders who have experienced declining share value always with the promise of great things to come. I subscribed because of the changes in management over the past year. Gives us the best chance of marketing the tech. Highly speculative could be throwing good money after bad. Will be interested to see what the shortfall is. If it's not mopped up by management then I will be seriously reviewing the wisdom of my actions.
