I support changing the board if short term plans can be detailed from us as investors. To my knowledge a 5% share holding can trigger this board sacking as per ASX rules. with 1.1 billion shares listed I make that approx 57million required. I can talk to 3/4 large Uk holders as between us we hold circa 50 million shares. perhaps an email group needs to be set up for interested investors? or certainly investors who want to discuss the pros and cons of throwing this very inactive expensive board?
