Great information but if sh do intend to have a board spill then they need the human resources to fill the roles of the Board.
They would need to have some idea on what directions or vision that they want the company to go in.
The expertise and ability to drive the company forward, along with numerous other skilss
I have a small share holding in CDB and like most small shareholders are very unhappy.
