Do you read any of the past posts that lead to the evolution of any solution or do you just like investments in dirty polluting power generation. Get back to me and give me hell when it is over 45 degrees Celsius in Sydney or Melbourne or Perth next summer.. Perhaps during the next heat wave that kills hundred and thousand in the northern hemisphere, even here.
All the while you will be cranking your air conditioner as they start to have rolling power outages due to overloads occurring in the system and transformers blowing up.

You probably have children or intend on having them ?
So do they and so do their children as has been since the beginning of the human race but given the way we are going we only have about 100 yrs left before we have pumped all the carbon that has ever existed back into the atmosphere.
The earth will survive and adapt but humans will not be able to.
I dare you to think about that, but most likely you are one of those live for now let tomorrow take care of itself types.
That's why I ask if you have Kids do you care for them and their kids that surely will come in the future.
Would really suck if the average summer temp in Australia was 50 degrees Celsius with 60 degree Celsius peaks.

Lol still no business case. No costs. No cost/kwh comparisons. Just waffle.

I am nihilistic when it comes to investment, the investment needs to make sense or else it will fall over and everyone will be in a worse spot later.

Spending productive dollars on unproductive investments will lead to far worse consumption of our natural resources.

You may think you're doing the right thing but you're not. You're doing the wrong thing for perhaps the right reasons.

P.s. I know how solar farms work and what their advantages/disadvantages are. Posting more and more tech waffle makes you look desperate.

What worked in one situation may not be right for many other situations... and to be fair all of those ventures had poor returns on investment and needed huge government assistance to get off the ground.
