The "home design directory" is a good place to start, i am not sure how to add a link. You may be already aware of it.
They have a building cost calculator, you put your m2 of floor area for different rooms ,project size, quality of finishes, site conditions, etc for renovations/additions and new builds. It is a guide only but can be pretty accurate.
