I've traded RNT a few times with mixed success, but recently decided buy and hold. This was done at a higher price than current. Over the last few months, every week or so I look up the same two pages of rental vacancies and note the number of ads per page. About 3 months ago we were having only two or three ads per page, but since then the numbers have been steadily increasing. Currently running at about 6 per page. I believe this is a good time to top up. Finished doing so today
