And even disregarding this, why people still believe news are likely to arrive still in April despite repeated evidence of these promises not being reliable to the point of basically meaning the opposite...

Anyhow, this might turn out to be a mini-bubble.

many newbies haven't been worn down by the broken promises... not sure there is any way to illustrate and make "Promises" any more plural...
