If it's an institutional placement, that provides the opportunity for large institutions to get their initial positions, after which they continue to accumulate on market. We are likely seeing this here, multiple instos who needed the placement to happen before they could begin buying on market. Now they are getting everything they can get. Instos don't run out of ammo quickly...
