I think the term leaky ship is unwarranted. There have been plenty of good and bad (CRs) announcements in the past year that caught us by surprise with no prior changes in SP. Yes it is always possible for a leak to occur but I think they are keeping news pretty tight these days IMHO. I don't recall you on this thread until very recently so not sure just how well you have followed PLS.
Still a screaming buy at these levels and feel it should be already >30c
