I have scanned through your links. I cannot see anywhere that RLS has been definitively linked to dopamine. A heap of commentary about the role of dopamine in addiction etc., is already well known.
The role of dopamine has been well studied and if there were a clear link to its role in RLS I'm pretty sure it would be properly documented.
It is unknown what causes RLS or what might relieve it. Some drugs seem effective but the potential side effects will dissuade many from using them.
At least I offered my own experience of something that has actually worked for me, as opposed to some airy fairy conjecture.
