If you go on after death in some form WHY didn't Paul say this with his comforting message, when he ONLY told them about the resurrection on the last day.
He would have simply said, don't be troubled, as you loved ones are already with Jesus, either by soul or spirit or both, awaiting the resurrection of there new bodies on the last day.
You cannot tell me that he would not have told these troubled ones.

Nup. Not even close. Lungs die. Adam was an eternal being when created.

If Adam had lungs, he received a soul through breath. But as you should know, if you had any clue, that lungs die. Adam wasn't created to die.
You are defeating your own argument.
