Seems the discussion has diverged to talking about the "trinity" or what the Spirit is etc etc... but I want to address the original post first..
you need to remember that the Jews rejected Yeshua as the Messiah, after all it was his people that rejected him and had him crucified.. Obviously the Jewish historians don't want to give recognition to the resurrection of the Messiah nor the holy ones that were also resurrected .. For such an account would mean they killed the Messiah... Hence why records would be hidden or destroyed....
Still to this day the Jews await the messiah... their ignorance has now turned to arrogance... There was so much prophetic writings pointing to the coming of the Messiah, you wonder how they missed it so easily.. Even the prophetic time was on point.. There are over 300 prophecies that point directly to the Messiah, and Yeshua fulfilled every single one of them..
If the Jews at the time admitted they were wrong, there would be more evidence today available, but it is their pride that has blinded them..
In regards to all the talk about God the Father, Yeshua the Son, and the Holy Spirit.. I think its very easy to understand, problem is that many denominations such as the Catholic Church and many that have stemmed from them have been infiltrated with pagan influence... Constantine attempted to bring Christians and pagans together, hence why their is so much pagan influence in the churches today... The Trinity is about as pagan as it gets... Even the Church of England when they translated the original Hebrew and Greek into the KJV added texts to attempt to prove the Trinity.. you can easy find evidence of this...
God the Father, Yahweh, is the one true God...
Yeshua (Jesus as he is known, a pagan influenced name, never was called Jesus in his life) is the son of God... he is not the Father, he is separate ... there are so many texts where he points to the Father, and calls him the one true God... he does not say to his disciples that he is God, but he does say no one can go to the Father except by him... now understand the Spirit, this is the Spirit of God, God the Father, Yahweh... when we submit to God, he sends his Spirit to dwell in us, this is the link that we can have with our Father in Heaven...
Just understand something so simple. The Trinity would have you believe God is 3 people and they are one.. so in heaven you would have God the Father, Yeshua the son, and another person the Holy Spirit... see how stupid it sounds.. as if the Holy Spirit is a person sitting on a thrown handing out the holy Spirit, ridiculous....
At the end of the day, if such confusion causes you to be intolerant of others, makes you angry, simply fast and pray... I believe if you practice true faith all truths will be revealed ... much is not as what it seems... pays to avoid all denominational influences IMO.. Study for yourself and let Gods Spirit guide you...
