I agree, just letting you know their take to the best of my understanding. That said, I find the Baha'i take a far more satisfying narrative regarding spirit, heaven, hell and God who they call an unknowable spiritual essence.
I don't think we can know. What is God, what is spirit, we are story tellers, so we fill the voids of understanding with stories in the hope of giving an impression of something otherworldly rather than any form of literal understanding.
