Baha'u'llah states that the moment He declared Himself as the Manifestation of God ending the cycle of Prophethood and ushering in the cycle of Fulfillment, the entirety of Creation was destroyed and a new reaction was played out in its stead. Those who recognised Him were resurrected and those who did not were "as dead".
That's the spiritual meaning of resurrection and that's why resurrections happen every day.......when a soul recognises the Voice of its Creator for this Day.
