None of us wants to see inappropriate payments being made, especially so if the value of the company is not growing as expected. Fees and salaries are IMO largely more transparent and self governed, they normally do not concern me as much as cash flow and how that is protected/used. I have seen so may companies who have great records of running on the smell of an oily rag, then cash starts to come in and for all sorts of reasons costs go looking for cashflow, every hand comes out for it. That prior cash discipline is often not real discipline at all, just fear of running out of cash. The real test is to come, I will look at Q2 cash and see what I think then.
