    At current MIN's SP ($91.50 currently), this value NWE at around 7c, not close to the 7.4c from a few days ago. This shows the (downside) risk of taking the current offer. MIN's objective would be better served by offering a juicer scrip offer, say 1 MIN for every 1000 NWE (plus upcoming MIN dividend).
