AVB are already in the process of meeting the loan conditions for PB such as the infill drilling and ML application.
Later on AVB has to make a decision to mine PB. What could possibly stop AVB from mining PB?
- can't get finance full stop
- can't get finance at acceptable rates
- copper price too low
- can't mine economically to cover mining costs and loan costs
At the end of the day doesn't the PB FS cover all this and isn't an acceptable PB FS a loan condition?
IMO, the decision to mine PB is now part of the current finance process. Get finance approval for PB and the decision to mine PB is already done.
I know some long termers still think it's still a two step plan, AN then PB.
I think it's AN and PB and soon it will be PB and AN.
