All everyone is talking about is finance, even just for the sake of de risking the project and therefore getting a whole lot of more investors on board.
If theoretically speaking at 11c, all shareholders gave 10% of their shares to the company to sell, we would have lost 10% but the company would have had 20 mil, which means 1 less bank to deal with 1 less loan to repay and a much stronger position to be in and 3 months further into the project with plenty more investors on board and sp would be 20c+ now.

Of course the theory is ridiculous but so is the fact that we are waiting for so long for such a small loan!

What if this is just a nasty plan to scare off those of us that cant afford to lose our money.
What if finance got delayed till next quarter just to freak everyone out at another delay.
As someone posted earlier, if FIN isnt announced this qtr it will be a stampede for that door.

Maybe it has already started? 7.8c to 7c in a short time...especially after such a spike in January.

But...for what its worth.....I believe they will get the finance for their little sand pit...I just don't think it will be as cheap as they were once hoping it would be. Clearly negotiations with the syndicated groups is taking longer than hoped. I wonder if there is some "argy-bargy" going on? They need a hurry up though - or timelines will get pushed out.
