Rights issues - Who is participating

Today I received my rights issue via email, and I am in two minds about it.

a) Lost so much faith in Chris and team due to non performance, long truths, pay rises, wasted capital and list goes on and I don’t want to reward that.
b) Participate and hope they can actually achieve one thing they say they are aiming for hoping the extra funds go to the project to make it happen.

One thing I would like to see is that they down size the team as I don’t think one project needs so many people in it, if we have to accept out investment has more than failed massively the least they can do is accept they need to release additional staff to save funds.
When times are better with the dead projects yes take them on again but I don’t think this will be for the foreseeable future.
Hard times need for hard choices and Chris and the team have not done the right thing by us holders, they could have raised at $1 hell even $1.80 to ensure the projects got off the ground but they did sweet nothing and now look at the state of it - almost door closing time and millions of dollars up in smoke and lives ruined by the choices Chris has made.
Maybe the man can turn it around, maybe he cannot but I hope he is just more transparent rather than tell us what he wants us to believe.
