Yes, you are correct. ISR is a proven method

Also PEN has already recovered uranium at Lance using this ISR method (alkaline).
They are now adopting acidic ISR (which is more common than alkaline ISR) and is the same process that Kazatomprom uses. Field trial results by PEN have shown better results and profitability with acidic ISR.

Now will it all be smooth sailing? Probably not.. uranium mining is a challenging business, so some delays should be expected IMO
