What part of ‘open for business’ did you not understand. When I invested it was stated that corruption had been dealt with in the DRC and that the mining act will be followed. That gave me comfort to invest and obviously that confidence is lost.

Luckily I free carried ages ago as I posted here as that is how I invest but now will not consider investing in the DRC again.

So are you going to answer the question or have your masters said no because you can’t say 0% for AVZ. You claim to hold AVZ shares so you should have an opinion on how to resolve this.

Mining royalties are paid when mining starts. It is what happens - it is not a new concept. In Australia the minerals are owned by the Crown - read the people - and royalty is paid when mining happens. Don’t confuse the concept.
