He said in effect that the ABC caters for some 2% of the population in its social commentary and appeals to the inner city luvies.
Those who are happy in their self delusional world and are apathetic to real progress. Those of the left who wish to see a socialist Australia, unless it doesn't affect them of course.
He is spot on in stating that the ABC is a disgrace and doing a disservice to Australia.
It is publically funded; employs only those with a cringe worthy left bent; and has a propensity to portray anything of the conservative side as regressive. Quite the contrary! If the majority of the public weren't so smart, the ALPBC would have them believing in pigs with wings (socialist one at least).
The ALPBC needs to be cleansed by a public float and journalist employed on the merits not purely on their partisan political viewpoint.
Cameron, backed up by his first hand experience as a past employee of the ABC, is 100% correct.
