If imo their recommendations are accepted by numnut albo. green metal is bs,its cheap krap quality steel and already we can't compete with Indonesia who also happens to be now more competitive than various other quality Australian mining industries due to technology requiring less quality.. etc etc. You want quality steel u require coal as bluescope has stated very clearly. etc etc. ps quality is required in wear plate,construction grade,armour plate and if we don't want our subs to crush like aluminium cans our submarines.
