Its not the bogans, yobbo's or hoons that have wrecked Rotto, its the wealthy upstarts who bring their 46ft plus boats into the Thomson Bay and do without their high life luxuries.
Rotto isn't that type of place.
Leave it alone, its great the way it is as when it becomes the rich mans paradise, a unique part of WA will be lost forever.
Let the rich and famous of WA jet off to their exotic destinations and leave Rotto to the families who can just afford a holiday in the back yard.
If it ain't broken, don't touch it.
