CEO and Chair have their scapegoats and made replacement appointments in a restructure.
Activity of this scope would clearly have involved CEO Pemberton who has obviously insulated himself from any accountability.
Annual report would suggest he still believes he is creating wealth based on personal earnings and benefits available.
Disgruntled Shareholder of lesser wealth benefit than the CEO.
