Wow, you've just worked out how science works - congratulations!

Science can't actually prove anything. All it can do is hold hypothesis/theories valid through empirical observation until demonstrated otherwise.

So far, throughout the entire course of modern science, the theory that man-made greenhouse gases are warming the atmosphere has been validated time and time again.
